Police divers have located the body of the pilot of a twin engine plane that crashed into the Hudson River on Thursday in Germantown. He has been identified as 72 year old Michael Braunstien of Copake. Divers spent the day concentrating on a 100 square foot debris field along the river bed. State Police Captain Robert Nuzzo says they'll be using several methods to recover the World War II era Grumman G-44 A from the river bottom. Braunstein, who owned the plane and was flying alone, didn't return after taking off from a private airfield in his nearby hometown of Copake about a half hour before the crash. The Federal Aviation Administration will investigate the cause of the accident.
